Sales and Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance, category profitability, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and present performance reports and actionable recommendations to management.
Supplier and Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, optimize product assortment, and manage promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure effective category management.
Product Development and Innovation:
