Role overview:

This role will lead the central mobility charter and own customer retention, growth, and category performance across bikes, autos, and cabs. The role requires strong business ownership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive retention and growth strategy for mobility business
  • Own category performance across 2W, 3W, and 4W
  • Work closely with product, tech, ops, finance, and analytics teams
  • Lead pricing, packaging, loyalty, CRM, and growth initiatives
  • Own key business metrics such as trips, GMV, churn, and contribution
  • Ensure healthy balance between customer demand and driver supply


Ideal candidate profile:

  • 10-15 years of experience in consumer internet, mobility, or marketplace businesses
  • Strong experience in retention, growth, and category ownership
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and experiments
  • Good understanding of supply-side dynamics and marketplace health
