Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate the market position of the assigned category

Secure necessary agreements to onboard leading suppliers within the industry into the ecosystem

Maintain strong knowledge of the content, assortment, and dynamics of the products within the category
-
Identify new opportunities and initiate project groups to support category growth
-
Monitor e-commerce sales and performance in alignment with financial targets
-
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with procurement, sales, product management, and operations teams
-
Manage supplier selection, pricing negotiations, and contract management processes
-
Track shipment, invoicing, and reporting workflows to ensure operational efficiency
-
Manage supplier and customer relationships with a focus on delivering end-to-end value
-
Prepare and deliver periodic reports and analyses related to business performance
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce category management and/or procurement processes
-
Preferably experienced in B2B product categories

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong commercial acumen and business-oriented mindset

Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven

Preferably experienced with SAP systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Customer- and solution-oriented, with a focus on end-to-end value creation

Dynamic, proactive, process-oriented, well-organized, disciplined, and responsible

Familiarity with Agile working methodologies is a plus
