Role Overview

Drive topline growth while optimizing costs and contribute towards conceptualization, planning

& execution of strategic initiatives. This is a cross-functional role involving extensive

collaboration with product, marketing, customer support and finance to drive alignment on

tactical and long term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and scope up opportunities to grow business and market share of redRail, with a

strong focus towards product, competition & consumer analytics.

  • Own the monetization charter of redRail
  • Analyze data and generate insights to identify relevant customer cohorts for short term

and long term business growth.

  • Manage promotions, monitor marketing budgets & forecasts. Dive deep (as required) to

drive continuous improvement in key business KPIs.

  • Create and update annual operating plans and align all functions towards tactical and long

term changes in business priorities.

  • Own KPI reports, presentations and proposals for leadership alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including product, marketing, customer support, finance to ensure that key initiatives that executed on time.
  • Partner with category teams within the group companies and share learnings/insights to

maximize synergies.

  • Seek out and drive B2B partnership opportunities for redRail to drive growth
