Khazanay is Hiring — Category Managers (Intrapreneur Role)
Location: Karachi

About the Role

Khazanay is looking for Category Managers with an entrepreneurial mindset—individuals who don’t just manage products, but build businesses within the business. As a Category Manager, you’ll own your category end-to-end, from sourcing and pricing to sales, margins, and net profit. This role offers real ownership, accountability, and impact.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End Accountability)

You’ll act as the CEO of your category, responsible for:

• Sourcing & buying decisions
• Pricing, discounting & margin management
• Gross margin, contribution margin & net profit
• COGS control and markdown optimization

Sales & Performance

• Drive category sales across online and retail channels
• Forecast demand and set monthly targets
• Track sell-through, conversion rates, ROI, and performance metrics

Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing & content teams on launches and campaigns
• Decide promotions, bundles, and category pushes

Team & Process Ownership

• Coordinate with processing, warehouse, and retail teams
• Improve SOPs for speed, quality, and efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, category, or commercial roles
✔ Strong command of data analytics, Excel, dashboards, and KPIs
✔ Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG is a plus
