We are looking for a Category Specialist to join our Commercial department at Getir, where you will help shape the direction and vision for our Fresh (Fruit & Vegetables Meat & Fish), Edible Grocery, Milk & Breakfast & Bakery, Snacks & Beverage, Frozen, and Non-Food categories.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Find and add consumers favorite products to Getir's product assortment.
• Report, analyze and deliver KPI´s, such as demand and volume. (You'll hear these words A LOT)
• Manage complex, quantitative and statistical analyses, combine them with your common sense and then come with smart conclusions and recommendations.
• Build bridges between our wonderful Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain, and further develop, a win-win relationship with our supplier partners through supporting activities.
• Carrying out the purchasing processes of the relevant product group
• Finding new products and suppliers and conducting supplier negotiations.

What You'll Bring?

• Amazing negotiation skills, so that you can build powerful relationships with our partners.
• BA degree from a related department.
• B.Sc. in graduate Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or a similar discipline
• Min 1-3 years experience in category management.
• We are looking for peers to work for non food. So, experience in these categories will be a plus.
• Wonderful organizational skills. You know these people take the lead and organize all the stuff? You should be one of these.
