Here’s what you need to know:

We are looking for an "Category Associate" who will work under the in our Global Product & Data Technologies department, within Category Women team.

As the Category Associate, this is a highly collaborative role that will partner across the global category team as well as cross-functionally with Sourcing, Design and Product Planning department to deliver and accomplish highest quality of business standard.


What will be expected of you in this role?

  • You will be aware of global trends in the related field and utilize resources accordingly.
  • You will develop and present seasonal/weekly merchandise financial plans and sales budgets based on units, value, and profit, in line with company goals, historical performance, and market trend analysis.
  • You will revise the monthly budget based on sales forecasts and manage OTB.
  • You will analyze data to identify and strategize profit growth opportunities for the responsible category.
  • You will manage the seasonal inventory and budget, handling operations related to discounts, promotions, dispatch, and RPT-order decisions.
  • You will constantly monitor and report on category sales and promotions, tracking the performance of new products.
  • You will prepare reports by regularly reviewing sales performance indicators.
  • You will collaborate with various departments to drive category goals.
  • You will research and monitor competitors, focusing on pricing strategies and product innovations.

  • If you have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Textile Engineering or a related field.
  • If you have 5-8 years of experience in retail merchandising, the fast fashion industry, or a business setting with related experience.
  • If you have expertise in working with women's category management.
  • If you have a passion for growth, along with a strong understanding of consumers and the market.
  • If you have attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong and consistent follow-up abilities.
  • If you have a strong desire to win and drive independent collaboration with relevant cross-functional teams/individuals.
  • If you have a highly collaborative working style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • If you have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • If you are skilled in creative and innovative problem-solving.
  • If you have a good command of both written and spoken English.
  • If you have a good level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
