Catering Manager

Responsibilities:
- Make sales calls and emails to obtain new clients and orders.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure customer satisfaction

- Create orders in our database for caterings

- Arrange delivery schedule for orders

- Provide customer service
- Deliver Caterings
- Manage meal packaging for Meal Delivery Service

- Assist with client order bagging
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Assist with wrap production as needed

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management or catering industry
- Strong computer skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and presentation
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
