Job Title: Catering Manager – Female

Location: Doha, Qatar

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in catering management, bulk catering, and F&B or banquet operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all catering and large-scale event operations.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
• Monitor food quality and maintain health and safety standards.
• Manage resources, inventory, and budget to ensure smooth operations.
