Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests at catered events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Set up and break down catering stations, including arranging tables, linens, utensils, and servingware.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly.
• Interact with guests professionally, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance their overall experience.
• Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Support team members during event setup, service, and cleanup to ensure seamless operations.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and proper serving techniques.
• Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions and teamwork.
