We are looking for an experienced and responsible Catering Supervisor to oversee our daily catering operations. The ideal candidate will manage staff, coordinate events, ensure high-quality service, and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering operations including food preparation, packing, and delivery
- Coordinate and manage catering events as per client requirements
- Lead and train catering staff; assign duties and schedules
- Ensure high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and safety
- Communicate with clients to confirm event details and ensure satisfaction
- Handle on-site issues and customer complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen/procurement for supplies
- Prepare reports related to events, performance, and daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in catering or hospitality supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Qatar driving license is must
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
