CCTV Operator

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring security and safety of the premises, identifying suspicious activity, and coordinating with the security team for timely responses.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems on a continuous basis.
• Record and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the concerned authorities.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Assist in reviewing recorded footage for investigations and verification.
• Coordinate with the security and maintenance teams when required.
• Follow all company policies and confidentiality protocols.
• Any other task assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar CCTV monitoring or security control room role.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail, observation skills, and integrity.
• Ability to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
