Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor all CCTV and surveillance systems efficiently from the Control Centre.
- Observe, identify, and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety incidents.
- Record all events, incidents, and actions taken in a clear, accurate, and timely written format.
- Ensure CCTV data is handled, stored, and provided in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the control room, systems, and surveillance equipment at all times.
- Report equipment malfunctions, technical issues, or system failures promptly to Management.
- Work in coordination with security teams and management to support investigations and incident responses.
- Follow all operational procedures, legal requirements, and best practices related to surveillance and data protection.
Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar CCTV Operator or surveillance role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background or experience in private or commercial security is an advantage.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify minor or unusual activities that may go unnoticed by others.
- Ability to work independently, remain alert for extended periods, and effectively multitask.
- Valid CCTV certification is required.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and experience with CCTV systems and software.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Must be currently available in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)
