ELV Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems including:
• CCTV systems
• Access control systems
• Fire alarm systems
• Structured cabling (CAT6, fiber optic)
• Public Address (PA) systems
• Intercom systems
• SMATV/IPTV systems
• Perform cable pulling, termination, and testing.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians on-site.
• Prepare daily work reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in ELV systems installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of networking and IP systems.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial or large-scale projects.
• Certification in fire alarm or CCTV systems (preferred).
• Valid driving license (if required).
