Job Description:
We are seeking a CCTV Operator cum IT Support professional to join our team in DIP-2, Dubai. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle CCTV operations while providing basic IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage CCTV systems to ensure security and safety.
• Respond to security incidents and escalate when necessary.
• Perform routine system checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
• Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain accurate records of security and IT incidents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, troubleshooting, and IT fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Hindi (spoken) and English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
