About the role:
As a Configuration Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in Dubai, collaborating in a REMOTE environment. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience while configuring and supporting our IT solutions for a diverse client base. Your role will require a proactive, hands-on approach and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
  • Configure, test, and deploy IT solutions to meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, serving as a key point of contact for client queries and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and value creation.
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and continual process improvements.
  • Document configurations, best practices, and resolutions to build team knowledge.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects or tasks to consistently meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
What you will need to have:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Extensive technical knowledge working on IT projects.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability to handle simultaneous projects and client needs.
  • Proven track record of timely issue identification and resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and obsessive organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing data.
  • Ability to extract and analyse research data.
  • Strategic, critical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven with a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.
  • Experience navigating high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Team player with capability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
What you will need to have:
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and configuration tools.
  • Exposure to cloud-based deployment environments.
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM systems (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce).
  • Background in business or data analysis.
  • Relevant certification in ITIL, CompTIA, or similar technologies.
