Job Overview:

We are hiring a CCTV Sales Engineer who can combine technical expertise with strong sales and business development skills. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing site survey reports, preparing accurate cost estimations, generating new business, and delivering customized CCTV solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Review site survey reports and prepare cost estimations and quotations based on client requirements

Analyze technical inputs from the technician to design accurate and cost-effective CCTV solutions

Prepare and present detailed proposals, including equipment specifications and pricing

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and on-site execution

Adjust quotations based on client feedback and project scope changes

Ensure all proposals meet company standards and profitability targets

Support in business development and lead generation activities

Conduct cold calling to potential customers to generate new sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field

Experience in CCTV/security systems sales or technical role preferred

Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP cameras, DVR/NVR, networking basics)

Good communication, negotiation, and proposal-making skills

Ability to convert technical requirements into effective sales solutions

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
