CCTV Surveillance Operator

About the Role:

We are looking for a CCTV Surveillance Operator to monitor and analyze live security camera feeds to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will be alert, detail-oriented, and capable of responding quickly and appropriately to suspicious activities or security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV camera footage to identify any unusual or suspicious activities.
• Report security breaches, safety hazards, or any irregular behavior immediately to the concerned department or authorities.
• Maintain proper logs and reports of daily surveillance activities.
• Ensure all CCTV systems and equipment are functioning correctly and promptly report any technical issues.
• Support investigations by reviewing recorded footage when required.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a related role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during long monitoring shifts.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and camera operations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
