Job Description:

Union Developers is looking for a dedicated and experienced CCTV Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveillance operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and identify any suspicious or unusual activity.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
• Report incidents promptly to security or management teams.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed across all monitored areas.

Requirements:

• Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any field).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in CCTV operations or security surveillance.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with modern CCTV systems and software.
