CCTV Technician

We are a well-established IT solutions company specializing in providing advanced technology and security services to businesses and individuals across the UAE. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, security solutions, and basic IT/networking skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (analog & IP-based), DVR/NVR, and access control systems.
• Carry out structured cabling, wiring, and system setup according to industry standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with the IT team to integrate CCTV systems with existing IT infrastructure.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and to client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest CCTV and security technology trends.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar security systems role.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of basic IT, networking, and cabling standards.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage but not mandatory..
• Candidates residing in Ras Al Khaimah will be given preference.
