WE ARE HIRING – CASE SUPERVISOR /BCaBA / BCBA WITH CDA LICENSED

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Description:
○ Provide Case Supervision to school-based clients
○ Conduct observations, behavioral assessment, and data analysis
○ Develop treatment and intervention plans and maintain student programs ○ Implement ethical and effective research-based interventions, with a focus on compassionate care, skill based treatments, pairing, positive reinforcement, and communication strategies
○ Supervise and provide training to Behavior Technician/LSAs
○ Review Therapist-Parent Communications
○ Provide training to parents, teachers, as needed
○ Maintain documentation for: Client Assessment, Treatment Plans, Progress Reports, IEPs, Student Information; RBT/LSA Supervision; and Communication with school/parents
○ Report to the Program Director on a weekly basis (case review, progress updates, clinical guidance, etc.)Daily Classroom Management:
○ Coordinate daily classroom operations, including: Therapist/Student Weekly Rota Student Inclusion Schedules; SLP/OT sessions; Pick-up/Drop-off times, etc.
○ Be available from 7:00am to coordinate any Therapist substitutions
○ Participate in IEP mtgs and collaborate with School SEN, Teachers, etc
○ Coordinate Field Trips ○ Maintain system for purchases of classroom materials
Minimum Qualifications
● Certified as BCBA or BCaBA, or equivalentExperience
● 2yrs+ experience working in the field of ASD, SEN, Behavior Analysis
● 2yrs+ experience working in the UAE preferredCompetencies
● Must have excellent spoken, and written English skills
