Behavior Analyst - BCBA - Arabic speaker

Job Title: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Job Description:
A leading mental health care center in Dubai is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking BCBA to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children and adults with behavioral and developmental needs through evidence-based therapy and intervention programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train behavior therapists and support staff
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, updating programs as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure all practices align with ethical and clinical standards

Requirements:

• Valid BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• UAE professional license (DHA/DOH/MOH) – mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Compassionate, professional, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED18,000.00 per month
