Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Healthy Food & Hot Section / Central Kitchen

Location: Abu Dhabi

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Chef de Partie to join our OSK Kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with healthy food preparations, hot section operations, and central kitchen systems involving batch production, portioning, and daily dispatching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality food preparations focused on healthy menu items and hot section production.
  • Lead and manage batch cooking processes ensuring consistency, flavor, and OSK standards.
  • Handle accurate portioning for daily production based on order sheets and forecasted requirements.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct delivery to outlets.
  • Maintain proper labeling, storage, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Follow standardized recipes and support in updating SOPs as per menu requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and supporting inventory control.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operation and production flow.
  • Support training of commis staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as CDP in a central kitchen, healthy food concept, or hot kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of batch cooking, portioning, and food dispatch systems.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Ability to maintain consistency in high-volume production.
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in fast-paced production environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
