Position Summary
Set strategy and guideline for field force management and lead to implement those strategies and guideline in accordance with the local situation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the In-house share with the retailers to grow sales with key accounts.
- Plan and manage RM budget and sales support requests to enhance our brand Look & Feel and Retail display plan & audit.
- Support sales representatives in the field, attending private seasonal product launches to determine the product knowledge level needed and product strategies.
- Design and execute turnkey programs for retailers utilizing our marketing materials & campaigns to push the sales through the account-based propositions.
- Manage catalogue and price list production.
- Develop with Corporate Marketing Team the renovation & expansion plan yearly & quarterly.
- Implement the development and sourcing of sales promotion contents and training contents/tools for enhancing field force's sales capability.
- Training Plan Overseeing and follow-up.
- Introduce and drive the digital transformation of Samsung CE Retailing and promoters' engagement and operational process.
- Leading the Techis, their reviews and strategy formulation, coordination and collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications
- Typically requires at least 12 years of experience in Trade Marketing & Retail Management preferably in Consumer Electronics industry.
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills.
- Strong Analytical and reporting skills.
