Center Manager

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Center Manager to oversee the overall operations and performance of our center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the center and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop strategies to achieve business targets and ensure profitability.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate center staff to deliver excellent performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and handle client concerns effectively.
  • Oversee financial activities including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations, retail, service, or training center management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and performance management
