Center Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team as a TVTC Centre Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the training centre.
• Ensure full compliance with TVTC regulations, licensing, and quality standards.
• Supervise staff, trainers, and support personnel to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, student progress, and training effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and administrative requirements.
• Maintain strong partnerships with government agencies, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote the training centre as a hub of vocational and technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good health and physical fitness to perform required duties.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated good conduct and integrity (with no convictions for dishonesty or moral issues).
• No history of dismissal from public service or the education/training sector for disciplinary reasons.
• Relevant training specialization aligned with academic background or TVTC-approved professional experience.
• Ability to pass TVTC competency tests or interviews (if required).
