Join Our Team as an Operations Manager – Gas Industry

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving efficiency in the gas sector? We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our gas company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient plant activities.
• Monitor production, safety, and compliance standards, ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and reduce operational risks.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align operational strategies with business goals.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management to maximize profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the gas, oil, or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and industry compliance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
