Center Manager

We’re looking for a Center Manager to lead our Şişli Center — someone who combines business acumen, leadership, and passion for people.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a multicultural Sales and Service team toward achieving ambitious targets.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the premium WSE brand experience.
• Drive sales growth and manage the center’s P&L with strong commercial focus.
• Partner with the Service (Didactic) Team to ensure outstanding academic and student satisfaction results.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver timely, accurate reports to management.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional center environment that reflects WSE’s global standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development to build a motivated and high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience , including 2+ years in a management role , ideally in a premium B2C environment .
• Proven experience managing business operations and budgets (P&L) .
• Fluent in English and Turkish .
• Strong people management skills and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on leadership style with a “can-do” attitude and results-driven mindset.
