Mall Leasing & Management Executive

The Mall Leasing & Management Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial successand operational excellence of the shopping mall. This position is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing retail tenants, while ensuring optimal tenant mix, smooth lease administration, and high-quality mall operations. The ideal candidate combines market insight,relationship-building skills, and operational acumen to create a vibrant, customer-centric retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Relations

• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with mall positioning and market trends
• Identify prospective tenants and conduct negotiations to finalize lease agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns and fosteringlong-term partnerships
• Ensure optimal tenant mix to enhance footfall, revenue, and customer experience

Lease Administration

• Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation in coordination with legal and finance teams
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and rent escalations
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports

Mall Operations & Management

• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and facilities teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Monitor tenant compliance with mall policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines
• Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to boost mall traffic

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field(Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in retail leasing, mall management, or commercial real estate
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in lease documentation and property management software
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
