Shop Manager (DHA Rahbar, Lahore)

PetsOne.pk is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-friendly Shop Manager for our outlet near DHA Rahbar, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations
• Assist walk-in customers & guide them about products
• Handle billing, receipts & inventory records
• Keep store organized and maintain product display
• Coordinate with warehouse/online team for stock & orders
• (Add-On Skill) Create simple product videos for social media (not mandatory)

Requirements

• Intermediate/Bachelor’s preferred
• Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge
• Good communication & customer-dealing skills
• Responsible, punctual & organized
• Bonus if confident making basic reels/short videos
• Passion for pets is a plus
