Job Title: Centre Manager Organization

Role Overview
Elara IVF is seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of its IVF centre. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, patient satisfaction, team management, revenue growth, and compliance with medical and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations of the IVF centre to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
● Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nursing staff, embryologists, counsellors, and support teams.
● Monitor infrastructure, housekeeping, inventory, and vendor management. Patient Experience & Service Quality
● Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent service standards.
● Handle patient escalations, feedback, and grievances professionally.
● Monitor patient flow, appointments, and treatment coordination.
● Lead, motivate, and manage the centre staff.
● Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
● Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to organizational values. 4. Business Growth & Revenue Management
● Drive centre performance to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
● Monitor conversions from consultations to treatment cycles.
● Track and analyze centre KPIs and MIS reports. 5. Financial & MIS Management ● Monitor billing, collections, and daily cash flow.
● Ensure accurate reporting of revenues, expenses, and operational data.
● Prepare and submit MIS reports to the management on a regular basis.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
● Ensure patient data confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
● Maintain statutory records, licenses, and audits.
● Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
● Graduate in Hospital Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, hospital coordination, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or hands-on exposure in healthcare setups may also be considered.
● Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage. Skills & Competencies
● Strong leadership and people management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Patient-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
● Good understanding of healthcare operations and ethics.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and MIS reporting.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
