Center Manager

About the Role
Huntington Learning Center is seeking a motivated and organized Center Manager to lead the daily operations of our learning center. This role combines education, leadership, customer service, and sales. The Center Manager works closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure an outstanding learning experience and strong academic results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center
• Meet with parents to discuss student needs and recommend programs
• Oversee student progress and maintain strong communication with families
• Recruit, train, and manage tutoring staff
• Schedule instructors and ensure high-quality instruction
• Conduct consultations with prospective families and support enrollment goals
• Build relationships with local schools and the community
• Ensure a positive, professional center environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Education, tutoring, or academic services experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping students succeed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
