Job Description:

P & S is looking for a full-time Central Kitchen Staff to join our team. The role involves preparing and supporting the production of our core products, ensuring quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. Also dealing with delivery platforms and handling customers calls.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cakes and desserts
• Prepare Coffee
• Prepare milkshakes and beverage mixes
• Prepare and handle candies and toppings
• Assist in daily central kitchen operations
• Follow recipes, portion control, and brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Support stock preparation and basic inventory tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in kitchen, bakery, dessert, or beverage preparation (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Commitment to quality and consistency

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
