Inside Design India Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce openings for our upcoming Ayurveda Hospital. /Wellness Centre. We are looking for committed and skilled professionals to join our growing team.

Educational Qualification

· Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· Preferred:

o BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) – especially if patient care supervision is involved

o MBA / PG Diploma in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Business Administration – for larger hospitals or chains

Experience (Preferred)

· 3–5 years experience in:

o Hospital administration or healthcare management

o Ayurveda hospital or clinic operations

o Staff management, patient handling, and compliance

· Exposure to finance, billing, inventory, and procurement in healthcare settings

Skills & Competencies

· Hospital operations management: day-to-day functioning, SOP adherence, quality standards

· Staff management & training: coordinating doctors, therapists, nurses, and support staff

· Patient relationship management: handling complaints, patient satisfaction, counseling

· Knowledge of Ayurveda hospital procedures: Panchakarma, therapies, pharmacy, diet, etc.

· Financial & inventory oversight: budgeting, billing, stock management

· Regulatory compliance: NABH, AYUSH guidelines, hygiene standards

Additional Preferences

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Familiarity with hospital software / HIS systems

· Understanding of marketing & promotion of Ayurveda services

Ability to implement quality improvement initiatives

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
