Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team. The Centre Manager will be responsible for the day to day activities of the Centre and will ensure that the Center function is organized and efficient and produces operational efficiencies.

To ensure success in this role, you need to be organized, efficient and be able to communicate effectively with people. Ultimately, you will professionally represent the Company to other people and ensure that all Centre operations run smoothly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Driving the revenue growth as well as brining in Operational Efficiencies in the Centre.
• Converting leads into admissions.
• Analyzing the previous enquiries and following the laid out processes to improve the school strength.
• Conducting parent orientations so as to ensure that the parents know better about the school.
• Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory.
• Should participate in Lead Generations activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and in Center Activity.

• Is comfortable with the given KRA’s/New Strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
