The Houston office of Reed Smith is seeking a Senior Associates to join the Global Corporate Group’s team in Houston. Candidates should have 6-7 years of experience representing private equity and family office private clients in investment transactions, including M&A and private equity related joint ventures and other investment vehicles. Ideal candidates will have hands-on drafting and negotiating experience in complex private equity-backed M&A and related investment transactions. Each target candidate will also have experience as a key member of deal teams for middle-market transactions, including responsibility for client relationship management and development, producing and negotiating acquisition related documents and joint venture/investment vehicle agreements and running key aspects of transactions from beginning to end. Each candidate must be or become a member of the Texas bar

$365K -$400K. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
