Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the strategic driver and face of Fracspace, responsible for accelerating growth, building investor confidence, and driving operational excellence across multiple business verticals. The CEO will align innovation, customer experience, and financial performance while positioning Fracspace as the market leader in fractional ownership, real estate, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute Fracspace’s long-term vision, mission, and growth roadmap.
- Lead expansion into new geographies, asset classes, and verticals (hospitality, tech-enabled services, property management).
- Establish Fracspace as a thought leader and innovator in proptech and luxury real estate.
Business Growth & Partnerships
- Spearhead fundraising initiatives from VCs, HNIs, family offices, and global investor networks.
- Forge strategic alliances with developers, landlords, travel brands, and technology providers.
- Build and scale sales ecosystems, channel partner programs, and customer acquisition models.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee execution across hospitality, construction, interiors, technology, and property management teams.
- Implement SOPs, KPIs, compliance frameworks, and governance models to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.
- Ensure financial discipline through P&L management, cost optimization, and risk controls.
Team & Culture
- Inspire and mentor a high-performance leadership team across Tech, Sales, Finance, Hospitality, and HR.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and innovation.
- Attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent aligned with Fracspace’s values and goals.
Branding & Market Positioning
- Serve as the brand ambassador at global forums, investor summits, and media engagements.
- Oversee marketing, PR, and digital-first strategies to enhance visibility and market penetration.
- Champion customer experience excellence and strengthen trust in the Fracspace brand.
Key Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in real estate, proptech, hospitality, or investment-driven businesses.
- Proven track record in fundraising, business scaling, and international market expansion.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (FEMA, RERA, ODI, LRS, etc.).
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in multi-crore P&L management and investor relations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to operate in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
- Global outlook with the ability to adapt to diverse markets and cultural contexts.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Revenue growth across fractional ownership, hospitality, and property management.
- Successful fundraising rounds and investor satisfaction levels.
- Occupancy rates, customer retention, and NPS scores across properties.
- Geographic expansion and properties under management (PUM).
- Brand recognition and market leadership positioning.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
