CEO Office Manager

  • Attend executive meetings, prepare detailed agendas, document minutes accurately, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.


  • Efficiently manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.


  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.


  • Oversee visitor reception, respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, and manage all incoming communications including calls and emails.


  • Review and prioritize correspondence, draft and dispatch appropriate responses, and escalate specialized matters to relevant departments with follow-up to resolution.


  • Facilitate seamless information flow to support decision-making processes and monitor execution of directives from the executive office.


  • Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required by the executive.


  • Manage office resources, including budget oversight and vendor relations, to maintain operational efficiency.


  • Promote effective cross-departmental communication and collaboration to support organizational objectives.


  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and executive travel logistics.


  • Monitor deadlines rigorously, ensure accountability, and drive timely completion of all assigned tasks.


  • Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism and integrity at all times.
