CEO

Alomar Holding Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the group’s overall strategy, performance, and governance across its portfolio of subsidiaries. The CEO will drive sustainable growth, strengthen operational excellence, ensure alignment across companies, and deliver clear results for shareholders and the Board.

Tasks

• Lead the group strategy and convert it into executable plans and measurable KPIs across all subsidiaries.


• Oversee portfolio performance: profitability, cash flow, growth targets, and efficiency improvements.


• Establish strong governance: group policies, reporting cadence, performance reviews, and accountability across CEOs/GMs.


• Drive synergy between subsidiaries (shared services, cross-selling, centralized procurement, unified standards).


• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the group and business units.


• Ensure proper risk management, compliance, and internal controls across operations.


• Build and lead the executive leadership team; set clear goals, succession plans, and leadership development.


• Represent the group externally with key stakeholders (investors, strategic partners, regulators, major clients).


• Evaluate investments, acquisitions, divestments, and new ventures; oversee due diligence and execution.


• Ensure brand reputation and corporate identity are protected across all companies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA/Executive education preferred).

• 12+ years of leadership experience, including senior executive roles (CEO/COO/GM) in a group or multi-business environment.


• Strong track record of delivering growth, profitability, and operational improvements.


• Experience with governance, board reporting, and managing multi-company performance frameworks.


• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, P&L, cash flow, investment evaluation).


• Excellent leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


• Preferred: experience in sectors relevant to Alomar portfolio (real estate development, construction, facilities/services, retail/e-commerce, or related industries).
