General Manager, Investment Strategy

Overview:

Lead investment strategy, treasury governance, and executive-level coordination, with direct engagement at Board and Committee level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive investment strategy and treasury execution aligned with organizational objectives.
• Act as Secretariat to the Investment Committee and support Board-level governance and reporting.
• Oversee regulatory, supervisory, and risk compliance for investment activities.
• Monitor investment performance, risk metrics, and executive reports.
• Lead KPI development, governance frameworks, and treasury systems.
• Manage sector resources, workforce planning, and executive development.

Field of Study:

Management, Organization Management or any related field

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (12+ years) | Master’s (10+ years) | PhD (8+ years)
