The Investor Relations and Investment Manager leads investor relations and investment activities to enhance the company’s image among shareholders and financial markets, ensure transparency and accuracy of disclosures, attract new investments, and support executive management in making strategic decisions based on sound financial and market analyses

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage relationships and communication with shareholders, investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and present financial and operational performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with CMA and Tadawul disclosure, governance, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and manage Investor Relations materials, including annual and quarterly reports and presentations.
  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and financial conferences.
  • Support initiatives to enhance market valuation and strengthen investor confidence.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend investment, expansion, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for investment decisions.
  • Oversee evaluation of acquisitions, partnerships, and divestment opportunities.
  • Monitor performance of investments and report risks and opportunities to management.
  • Lead and develop the Investor Relations and Investment team, including KPIs and performance management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a Master’s degree (MBA or Finance) is preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in finance, investment, investor relations, or financial analysis.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience within publicly listed companies or large corporates is a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in preparing financial statements and investor-focused periodic reports.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CMA regulations, disclosure, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality executive presentations for investors and senior management.
