Postion: Assistant Restaurant Manager (Fine dining experienced)
Starting Salary: SAR 7,500 (full package / live out)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support front-of-house operations at our prestigious luxury café in Riyadh. This role serves as a key partner to the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring attentive service, addressing immediate needs, and maintaining the refined atmosphere that defines our luxury standards.
- Assist in building guest relationships by learning regular preferences, recognizing repeat visitors, and contributing to the personalized service approach that distinguishes our establishment.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and service requests, resolving issues with professionalism and grace while keeping the Restaurant Manager informed of significant matters.
- Support daily front-of-house operations by supervising floor service, coordinating between service stations, and ensuring smooth execution of service standards during assigned shifts.
- Conduct quality checks throughout service periods, monitoring table settings, staff presentation, timing of courses, and adherence to established service protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the venue is prepared to luxury standards and that all end-of-day tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Help train and develop front-of-house staff in service techniques, product knowledge, and luxury hospitality standards, serving as a hands-on mentor and role model during service.
- Coordinate daily staff assignments, breaks, and section rotations to maintain optimal service coverage while supporting team morale and professional growth.
- Participate in team meetings, communicate operational updates, and reinforce service expectations while fostering a culture of excellence and mutual respect.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with administrative duties including inventory checks, service reports, scheduling coordination, and tracking of operational metrics and guest feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end café settings, with demonstrated ability to deliver and uphold exceptional service standards.
- Strong communication skills in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to effectively serve our diverse clientele in Riyadh.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred. Passion for hospitality excellence and eagerness to grow into senior management roles essential.
