CEO Assistant (FEMALE)

We’re Hiring: CEO Assistant (Female)

Grand Community Digital Marketing is looking for a CEO Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative and personal support to the CEO
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handling emails, calls, and internal/external communications
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Following up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
  • Organizing travel arrangements and logistics when required

Requirements:

  • Female candidate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
