Grand Community Digital Marketing is looking for a CEO Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing full administrative and personal support to the CEO
- Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handling emails, calls, and internal/external communications
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Following up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
- Organizing travel arrangements and logistics when required
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
