Key responsibility

Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating high-level corporate events.

Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications with diplomacy and discretion.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, briefing notes, and confidential documents for the CEO.

Coordinate executive board meetings, compile agendas, and record accurate minutes of meetings for follow-up actions.

Manage complex travel arrangements and expense reporting for the executive office.
Academic Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience Required

5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced or global corporate environment.
