Our client, a leading F&B company in Jeddah, KSA, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their prominent Food & Beverage company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the F&B industry, with a proven track record of driving growth, managing P&L responsibilities, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the companys vision, mission, and overall strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- P&L Management : Oversee all aspects of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure accountability for P&L responsibilities to maximize profitability.
- Operational Excellence : Drive operational efficiencies across all departments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic initiatives for expansion, including product development, marketing, and distribution strategies.
- Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Mentor and develop senior leaders to enhance organizational capability.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, suppliers, and customers. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications
- Experience : 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong focus on operational and financial management.
- Nationality : Saudi national, with an understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and leading large-scale operations in the F&B sector.
- Leadership Skills : Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
