CEO Office Manager - Retail

For more than 35 years, Eren Retail has been bringing the world’s leading brands to customers in Turkey. In 1990, the company entered into a partnership with Devanlay, beginning the licensed production and distribution of Lacoste. Since then, Eren Retail has served as the Turkish distributor for globally renowned brands such as Burberry, Gant, Nautica and Converse.


In 2008, it launched Occasion stores, followed by the creation of the SuperStep store concept in 2012. Strengthening its online presence in 2020 through a multi-channel strategy, Eren Retail redefined retailing as an experiential journey with House of SuperStep.


Expanding its portfolio with brands such as Intersport, SuperKids, Fashfed, United4 and HeartBeat, Eren Retail continues to operate with an experience–focused strategy. Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 650 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.


As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a CEO Office Manager who will contribute to all operational and managerial processes related to stores within the CEO Office , with strong coordination and follow-up skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that store operations are executed effectively in the field and in line with company standards; closely follow store-related strategic agendas in coordination with the CEO Office Director,
  • Drive initiatives to achieve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders,
  • Support strategic decision-making processes with strong knowledge of store investments and sales dynamics,
  • Ensure the planning and implementation of product availability and visual merchandising based on customer demand, climate conditions, and seasonal needs,
  • Regularly monitor field practices and competitor activities to produce benchmarks and sector insights, and build a strong industry network,
  • Enhance transparency and measurability of performance visibility and risk management processes across store KPI's,
  • Take an active role in new store opening processes and coordinate all pre-opening preparations,
  • Hold regular meetings with regional teams to identify development areas and report action plans,
  • Conduct competitor analysis and initiatives focused on stock management and increasing market share,
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to store managers on operational processes, sales strategies, and people management.



Qualifications:


  • At least 7 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of Regional Manager experience,
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, etc.) and reporting tools,
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills with a strong data-driven decision-making mindset,
  • Strong analytical thinking skills; result- and solution-oriented,
  • Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills,
  • Strong planning, organization, and performance reporting capabilities,
  • Able to adapt to intensive fieldwork and frequent travel requirements,
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
