CEO Staff (Legal & Contract Specialist)

Reporting to: Global CEO

Department: Management Planning Team, of the Management Division, of the Administration Group

Location: Doha, Qatar (Prestigious location with small top quality executive office)

Salary: Monthly QAR 5,000 – QAR 6,000 (US$ 1,350 – US$ 1,650)

Employment Type: Full-time (Complete accommodations provided)

Starting Date: Early September 2025

Job Description

This position combines legal/contract review, business planning & strategy, and direct CEO support. You will serve as the first reviewer of key agreements, convert data into actionable strategies, and prepare decision-ready materials with the Founder/CEO, while coordinating high-impact projects across functions. The role includes:

  • Legal & Contract Review
  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MOUs, term sheets, agreements, etc.
  • Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and liaise with external legal counsel.
  • CEO Executive Support
  • Conduct market research and data analysis for executive decision-making.
  • Prepare board/investor briefs, executive presentations, and strategic memos.
  • Executive Assistance
  • Coordinate executive communications, meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely executions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized documentation and supports needed.
  • M&A & IR Support
  • Assist with M&A target screening, valuation inputs, and due diligence.
  • Update IR decks, financial snapshots, and help manage VDR and investor support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or demonstrable hands-on contract review experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in legal affairs or business planning/strategy or IR / M&A-related roles
  • Able to independently draft, review, and risk-assess legal commercial agreements
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and offer practical, creative solutions
  • Fluency in English for professional business writing and negotiation, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High ownership mindset under tight timelines, strong attention to detail, professional integrity/confidentiality, hardworking, and perfectionist personality

Preferred (but not required)

  • Advanced PowerPoint storytelling and Excel skills
  • Holds a driver’s license
