Key Responsibilities

1. Program-Manage the Entire CEO Office

• Own every key project across functions.
• Track progress, remove roadblocks, ensure delivery.
• Create clarity, structure, and accountability company-wide.

2. Drive Execution Excellence

• Align senior leaders, push teams, escalate when needed.
• Maintain high-speed, high-quality execution cadence.
• Be the CEO’s “execution engine.”

3. Think Strategically

• Break down complex problems with logic & first principles.
• Analyze business performance deeply and link insights to P&L.

4. Run an AI-First Office

• Use AI heavily for research, planning, automation, and analysis.
• Build AI-driven workflows and embed an AI-first mindset across teams.

5. Communication & Leadership Enablement

• Craft CEO updates, board materials, and strategic notes.
• Bring clarity, drive decision-making, and ensure follow-through.

6. High-EQ Partnership

• Keep the CEO focused on what matters most.
• Provide perspective, challenge respectfully, and stabilize chaos.
