Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced CFM Trainer to deliver industry-focused training aligned with IFMA standards. The trainer will be responsible for preparing professionals to successfully pass the CFM certification while equipping them with practical facility management expertise across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact CFM training sessions (online & in-person)
• Cover all core Facility Management domains as per IFMA framework
• Simplify complex FM concepts into practical, real-world applications
• Conduct mock exams, quizzes, and performance tracking
• Provide exam strategies, tips, and personalized mentoring
• Support participants throughout their certification journey
• Customize training programs for corporate clients
• Stay updated with the latest trends and standards in Facility Management

Requirements:

• CFM Certification (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facility Management
• Proven training or teaching experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of IFMA competency framework
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in GCC Facility Management sector
• Background in industries like Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Oil & Gas
• Additional certifications (FMP, NEBOSH, PMP) are a plus
