Type: Full-time – Centralized oversight of all branches and warehouses

- Job Objective

To manage and oversee the financial and accounting systems for all company branches, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and insight-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic financial mind — someone who thinks like a business leader, not just an accountant.

-Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all accountants across branches and warehouses; ensure daily and weekly reporting accuracy.

• Design and implement a unified accounting system (ERP) linking all branches and the head office in real time.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Monitor cash flow and analyze profit and loss performance for each branch.

• Oversee inventory and sales movement to ensure alignment with financial data.

• Supervise e-invoicing, VAT, and Zakat compliance per local regulations.

• Deliver analytical financial reports to senior management highlighting performance, profitability, and trends.

• Establish internal control systems to minimize errors, losses, and duplication.

• Coordinate with external auditors and audit firms to ensure full financial compliance.

• Exceptional accuracy and analytical speed.

• Ability to see the big picture and make strategic financial decisions.

• Leadership in managing multi-location accounting teams.

• Advanced proficiency in analytical Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Odoo / Zoho / SAP / Oracle).

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.

- Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or CPA (required).

• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years managing multi-branch operations.

• Experience in retail, trading, or industrial sectors (preferably furniture, textiles, or warehouse operations).
