POSITION: Full time Medical Assistant (Medical Clinic and Urgent Care)
LOCATION: Burnsville, MN
We are seeking a Clinical/Medical Assistant to join a patient-centered family medicine clinic and urgent care practice in Burnsville, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented CA/MA who enjoys working in a team-based outpatient setting.
Responsibilities?
Front Desk Responsibilities:
Clinical Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
· Coordinate patient appointments and manage office communications efficiently.
· Ensure that examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
· Maintain inventory of medications and clinic supplies.
· Document in patient charts or the electronic medical record (EHR).
· Obtain necessary additional records and complete EHR reports as directed.
· Process specimens following established protocols.
· Uphold patient privacy. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Education and Experience requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Medical Assistance Diploma
· AHA BLS certification
· Medical Assistant with at least 1 year of experience
· Basic Computer and Phone skills
· Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
· Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
· 1-2 year's experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Compensation Range: $17.50 - 20.05 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills and experience.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.05 per hour
